These terms cover using MiSportsCareer — logging your own match stats, building a player card, and playing with clubs and leagues alongside other people. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Who runs this

MiSportsCareer is an independently run app. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Signup checks your date of birth and refuses accounts that don't meet this — see the Privacy Policy for how that check works.

One email address can hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to get around plan limits, MiCoins limits, or a suspension is not allowed and may result in all the accounts involved being suspended.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password private and for anything that happens under your account.
Your username, display name, team name, position, match reports, and anything you post to the feedback board are yours — but by posting them, you give MiSportsCareer permission to display them to other players as the app is designed to (public profiles, league tables, the feedback board, and so on).
Match stats are meant to reflect real matches you actually played. The server checks that submitted numbers are plausible, but it can't verify you actually played the match — see "Fair play," below.

Fair play

Card ratings, MiCoins, and league standings are meant to reflect real football played by real people. Specifically not allowed:

Submitting match stats for a match that didn't happen, or inflating a real match's numbers.
Creating a second account to inflate your own standing, farm MiCoins, or get around a suspension.
Attempting to manipulate the review queue, the admin console, or any other part of the app outside how it's meant to be used.

Matches that look implausible are held for admin review before they count — this is expected behaviour, not an accusation. Accounts that are found to be cheating can have those matches removed and may be suspended.

MiCoins and frames

MiCoins are a virtual currency usable only inside MiSportsCareer. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Frames and their prices, effects, and availability can change at any time — including frames you already own being adjusted, per the frame system described in the app's own documentation.
Frames are bought outright at a price shown before purchase, with their effect stated up front. There is no randomised or chance-based item in the app: nothing you spend MiCoins on has an uncertain outcome.
If MiSportsCareer ever shuts down, MiCoins and anything bought with them are lost — they aren't a store of value outside the app.

Subscriptions (MiPremier / MiChampion)

MiPremier and MiChampion are auto-renewing subscriptions sold and billed through Google Play Billing, at the price and interval shown in the Play Store listing before you buy.
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before it renews. Cancel any time through Google Play (Play Store app → Payments & subscriptions) — we can't cancel it for you from inside MiSportsCareer.
Refunds, billing disputes, and payment issues are handled by Google Play under its own policies, not by MiSportsCareer directly.
Premium access continues through any grace period Google Play applies to a lapsed payment, and ends if the subscription isn't renewed or is cancelled. Progress, stats, and MiCoins earned while subscribed are kept — only the premium features themselves turn off.
What each plan unlocks can change over time; you'll always see what's currently included before you subscribe.

Rewarded ads

Watching a rewarded video ad through Google AdMob earns MiCoins, up to a daily limit shown in the app. The reward is granted only after Google confirms the ad was actually watched — see the Privacy Policy for how that works and what AdMob reads from your device to show the ad.

Content and conduct

Don't use the feedback board, your profile, club/league names, or match reports to post anything that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that impersonates someone else. Reports about content or conduct are reviewed by admins — see the Privacy Policy for how reporting and blocking work.

Suspension and termination

An account can be suspended or removed for violating these terms, including the fair play and conduct rules above. You can delete your own account at any time from Profile → Delete my account — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that does and doesn't remove.

No warranty

MiSportsCareer is provided as-is. It's run independently, without a dedicated support team, and matches, cards, and MiCoins balances are not guaranteed to be error-free or permanently available. To the extent the law allows, MiSportsCareer isn't liable for lost MiCoins, lost card progress, or lost data from bugs, downtime, or a shutdown of the service.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, the "Last updated" date above will change and, where practical, an in-app notice will say so.
